"Water Hustlers" Cartoons by Bob Stuart
The cartoons are by Bob Stuart, editorial cartoonist for the North Lake Travis
Log. Bob is also chief harpoonist for Water Matters newsletter.

and selecting the issue you wish to review. Several of these issues will contain
articles discussing the issues depicted in the cartoons. In the
November, 2009 issue of Water Matters newsletter, Hamilton Creek is threatened
with pollution (as well as Lake Travis) by a new policy of the City of Burnet
Wastewater utility to discharge treated effluent into Hamilton Creek and from
there into Lake Travis, ending the City's current policy of using treated
wastewater to irrigate golf courses and hay fields.
This time, Bob Stuart depicts the rigors of converting from a printed format
for our newsletter, Water Matters, to an email format.
